Firewall Installation and
Configuration
DHK is proud
to offer our Firewall Installation and Configuration Services.
Our staff is amongst the best in security practice and
implementation. Over the life of our company we have
installed hundreds of firewalls, from single units at small
companies to nationwide security implementations. We have a
substantial foundation of expertise installing and managing
Juniper NetScreen and Cisco PIX firewalls.
Juniper NetScreen Experts
– DHK’s technical staff has been working with
NetScreen firewalls since
the first NS-5 units were beta tested in 1996. Since then, we
have worked with the entire line of security devices and
operating systems from v1.0 through v5.4. We have installed and
configured hundreds of their firewalls and rely on them for the
protection of our network. DHK has also implemented the
NetScreen Security Manager
for large-scale firewall management and operations.
Additional Firewalls
– We also have substantial experience with the following
firewalls: Cisco PIX, Secure Computing Sidewinder, and Raptor.
While we believe that the Juniper NetScreen platforms are the
best in the marketplace, we will be glad to provide design and
security work to PIX environments. However, due to the
prohibitive costs on a comparative basis, we do not work with
Checkpoint equipment.
Security Design
– The first step for all of our professional services is a
review of existing security architecture and the creation of a
long-term scalable design that meets the customer needs. Some
companies need perimeter security management, while more
sophisticated networks have more demanding requirements. With
our expertise, we will be able to identify security issues, work
with your staff, and make long term recommendations that will
properly protect your infrastructure.
Security Implementation
– Once a design is selected, DHK staff will assign a project
manager to lead the device implementation process. It is
critical for all IT Staff that security rollout is handled with
care. Installation of any device or system is not considered
complete until the client has signed off and all security
devices are fully integrated with the management systems.
VPN
Design
– Secure, remote access to the network is a critical requirement
for the majority of our clients. We provide years of expertise
with many different VPN designs: LAN to LAN, Client to LAN, and
Client VPN software management. DHK will always meet the two
most important VPN goals: we will keep your network secure and
your staff will always be able to get to the resources they are
authorized to access.
Expert Staffing
– Our security staff is amongst the best in the industry. All
of our staff is required to hold a number of industry
certifications, from Cisco to Juniper and ISC2, to
name a few. They are required to attend at least two weeks of
professional training per year. DHK guarantees that our staff
is second to none when it comes to network security knowledge.
